Frequently asked questions
Do I need special equipment?
No. A phone that records 1080p covers most tasks. Each task states its requirements before you accept.
What if my video is rejected?
You see the reason and can record again for the same task. A rejection does not block your account or the task.
Who sees my videos?
The review team and, after approval, the company that commissioned the collection. Your personal data does not travel with the video: in datasets you appear as an identifier with no link to your identity.
How does payment work?
Each task shows its value before you accept, and it is recorded when the contribution is approved. Payment methods are being defined and will be announced before general availability.
